I started searching and studying transformational practices early in life because I wanted to feel Happy, Healthy, Strong and Brave. That’s how I first found yoga. (and then meditation, then breathwork and the science of breathing and then Energy Healing Therapies).
I spent decades studying practices aimed at understanding and healing the mind-body connection and the science behind it. I also wanted to simplify my life while still feeling connected to the world and specifically to my community. Something Simple, Savvy and Soulful.
After opening Love Yoga Studio, my practiced evolved into even deeper studies of breathing and meditation where I learned more about the science behind many of the principles I had been practicing. Practices that had previously freed me from a decade of severe Anxiety – completely.
I eventually / finally created the LoveStrong Anxiety Relief Training.
Training that shares and simplifies the key elements to understanding, embracing and eliminating anxiety.
This also led me to study subtle energy and how modern science is bringing to light the connection between our sub atomic particles… and our minds. From Cell to Soul.
This has given me a clarity and sense of peace, deeper than I have ever known. It feels Spiritual and Sensible. Positive and Practical.
I currently facilitate Anxiety Relief Trainings, transformational meditations and yoga trainings that help connect us to our inner wisdom, our unique flow states and our own insight and intuition..
It means you find clarity within yourself that you may not have realized was there. It’s not me telling you what to do… I simply facilitate the connection so that You, can then discover the wisdom specifically intended just for you.
